This Privacy Policy explains what information the Social Engagement Tag mobile and web application (“SET”, the “app”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. SET is operated by Cuptoopia (“we”, “us”). By using SET you agree to this policy.

SET is a membership platform for meeting other members in person. Members pay a monthly fee and earn a “Tag” when near another member. It is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or gambling product; any daily Reward is funded by member participation and is never promoted or guaranteed. This section is included so the data we process is understood in context.
Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (your membership) and, for optional features such as notifications and precise location, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run SET, under contract and only as needed:
Public surfaces show location and amount only — the recent-winners feed and any shared posts display a general area (Country·State·County·City) and an amount, and never your name, username, or account identifier.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile and payout details and end your membership. Some records (e.g. ledger and tax records tied to Rewards paid) may be retained where required by law. Location fixes are not stored as precise coordinates; only the reduced general-area label is retained with a Tag.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Payout details and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to the SET backend service account; the app never accesses the database directly.
You can access and update your account in the app. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by emailing wbsbpd88@gmail.com. Deletion removes your profile and payout details and cancels your membership. See our Account & Data Deletion page for details. Depending on your region you may also have rights to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your data; contact us to exercise them.
SET is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
SET serves multiple markets (including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and several African and Asian markets). Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
