This page explains how to delete your Social Engagement Tag (SET) account and what happens to your data, as required by Google Play’s data-deletion policy.
If you cannot access the app, email wbsbpd88@gmail.com from the address associated with your account (or include your username) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify and process the request.
For legal, accounting, and tax reasons we may retain limited records of Rewards actually paid to you (ledger and tax records) for the period required by law. These records are minimized and are not used to contact you. Location data is never stored as precise coordinates; only a coarse general-area label is kept with historical Tags and is not personally identifying.
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our standard rotation.
